Senior Systems Analyst / Application Support - Insurance - Hybrid working - London, City

Joining this growing Lloyd's of London Syndicate as a Senior Systems Analyst you will have previous experience working on Policy Administration Systems i.e. Xuber, Eclipse, Subscibe, DXC and recent experience working in the Lloyd's of London Insurance Market - preferably a Syndicate.

The Senior Systems Analyst will support the management of all applications possessing a proven track record in systems support in the Insurance sector with a good understanding of the requirements needed to support the business.

This role will cover full life cycle of changes and upgrades including management of internal and external vendor ticketing systems

Key responsibilities:

• Implementation, development and maintenance of all applications, ensuring a robust and effective control framework exists
• Planning all changes including deployment
• Ensure ticketing system is maintained and operated efficiently and effectively to meet requirements of all stakeholders
• Demonstrate strong understanding of the system estate and be able to articulate system capabilities and functionality

Key skills / experience required:-

• Recent experience working in the Lloyd's of London Insurance Market - preferably a Syndicate is ESSENTIAL
• Previous experience working with a Policy Administration System - i.e. Xuber, Eclipse, Subscribe, DXC
• Strong systems background in the Insurance sector ideally across a range of applications
• Strong SQL skills
• Microsoft Azure would be highly desirable
• Good communication skills and ability to develop and manage relationships with key stakeholders.
